Equals success! At least, we’re pretty sure this counts as success.

The CBC Exposure contest we’ve been telling you about has shortlisted two VFS films – Grover’s Mill and Fade Out. We’re really confident kind of quite pretty much almost sure this means the films will be airing on CBC this Sunday night. Let’s all watch and see, shall we?

And huge congrats to the VFS films that have already been previewed on CBC Exposure! These Paws Are Made for Flying, Juggle! and Who Wants to be an Amerikan.

Oh, and kudos to Writing instructor Sarah Dodd – she co-wrote The Sparkle Lite Motel, which was a Week 2 Exposure “Showdown” runner-up. Makeup grad Amy Pang was Key Hairstylist on the Leo-nominated short. We don’t know how that one slipped by us until now! Actually, we do. It’s because we’re not as all-seeing as we’d like to be (despite reports to the contrary).
