Paula Simson came to Vancouver Film School after a career as a Travel Coordinator and liaison for out-of-town cast and crew in the Vancouver film industry. She worked with actors such as Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Sir Ian McKellen, Christina Ricci, Michele Williams, Patrick Stewart, Sandra Oh, Kim Delaney, and Rick Schroeder, as well as directors such as Bryan Singer and Mina Shum. She has worked on both feature films and television, such as X-Men 2, Prozac Nation and The L Word. Prior to her experience in film, Paula had a diverse career in advertising, health care, and as a business owner.
Paula is also a fine art photographer, with a diploma from Langara College. Her work has been shown in galleries in Vancouver. She has a passion for travel and uses that as a springboard for her photos.
