Production Design
A production designer plays a large part in creating a film's look. He or she interprets and enhances the director's vision and works with the director of photography to create the world inhabited by a script’s characters. Whether it's a jungle, an office, or a spaceship, the production designer draws an audience into the film's environment through a close attention to detail.
At VFS, you learn to develop and communicate your conceptual approach to a script, and how to work with other creative stakeholders to craft the perfect visual design for any film. You'll get hands-on experience shaping the physical design of sets and locations while working as part of a production team.
