Sichuan, (DJ/Producer/MC) serves as an integral part of the City Planners' musical backbone. Although his predominant form of expression is production, he is long experienced in MCing & DJing, and currently provides the majority of the cuts on City Planner releases.

At age 24, he has been producing for eight years and continues to experiment with new constructive techniques to compliment the MC's individual cadence as well as propel the group's creative direction.

Over the years, Sichuan has released a six-volume series of CAN U DIG IT mix tapes which showcases remixes of current hip hop singles and exclusive freestyles by home-based talent over his production. City Planners is the first crew boasting Sichuan's membership since KARABURAN, his partnership with Vancouver luminary Tai Ji Quan.

His current focus is engineering, mastering, and marketing all Planner material in his in-home conduit City Hall Studios. His varying signature appears on all C.P. releases and is sought after by others. Be prepared to hear more groundbreaking tracks and vocal appearances in follow-up to his current single "I Told You".
