Hey! My name is Jack, I'm a disabled, queer, 28 y\/o artist that is super excited to be a part of the Game Design program.
Currently I do tattoos, but I'm still fairly new at that and am still learning. I love video games (obviously), thriller films, dragons, fish, roleplaying, DnD, yaddah yaddah- if you like any of those things as well, I am POSITIVE we will get along swell. I am living with my male, 32 y\/o partner and my small French Bulldog, Marcus. We love the place we have in Surrey, however I am too far from the sky train (and I do not drive.)
If we could live closer to the sky train, that would make life SOOOO much easier. I will happily stay in Surrey even (where it's cheaper lmao) but there is just no feasible way I can see myself making it to class every day without being at least closer to transit.
We're kinda homebodies, and a little shy, but there's plenty of time to get to know a roommate before solidifying how we feel about each other!
We moved here from Ontario in 2023, and we need some friends anyway. I'd really love to make some friends in BC.
Anyway, the housing market is absolute insanity so I don't think it would even be possible for us to find a place on our own if we moved, hence searching for a roommate ? I'm sure anyone looking here totally gets it. Send a message if we seem cool enough to be potential roommates!
